Subscription plans

The following plans are available. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD):

• 1 Month — $15 CAD
• 2 Months — $25 CAD
• 3 Months — $30 CAD
• 6 Months — $50 CAD
• 1 Year — $85 CAD

Each plan is a one-time payment for the stated duration. A subscription starts when it is activated and ends at the end of the purchased period. Plans do not renew automatically — we will contact you only if you ask to renew.

Ordering and payment

Orders are placed by contacting us on WhatsApp. Available payment methods are confirmed in that conversation. Your subscription is activated after payment is received and confirmed.

Authorized content only

NorthStream provides access to authorized content only. Channel and content availability depends on the subscription and may change over time. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific channel, event or title unless it is confirmed in writing before purchase.

Devices

The service is intended for supported smart TVs, streaming devices, smartphones, tablets and computers. Please confirm your device with us before ordering. A stable internet connection is required; streaming quality depends on your connection and device.

Refund policy

If you are unable to use the service on a device we confirmed as compatible, contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days of activation and we will first try to resolve the issue. If it cannot be resolved, refund requests are reviewed fairly on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not available for time already used or for devices that were not confirmed as compatible before purchase.

Acceptable use

Subscriptions are for personal, non-commercial use. Reselling, sharing credentials publicly or using the service unlawfully may result in suspension without refund.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to new purchases from the date shown above.
